Driver Conduct Rules

Flywheel reserves the right to modify Flywheel’s Driver Conduct Rules at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these Rules on its website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing and at all times, complying with these Rules. Your continued use of Flywheel’s products and services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
You have entered into a Driver Agreement with Flywheel, and pursuant to Flywheel’s agreement with your Fleet Operator (as defined in your Driver Agreement) and your Driver Agreement, Flywheel has agreed to make its Flywheel products and services (the "Flywheel Service"), which enables passengers who have registered as users of the Flywheel Service ("your Passengers") to hail vehicles for hire using the Flywheel Service and enables you to accept hails from your Passengers using smartphones pre-loaded with the Flywheel Service, available to you on a non-exclusive basis during the term of your Driver Agreement.
At all times while you are serving as a driver pursuant to Flywheel’s agreement with your Fleet Operator and your Driver Agreement, you agree to comply with the following:

You will possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

You will maintain all appropriate licenses, approvals and authority to operate your taxi vehicle and to provide transportation services to your Passengers.

You will maintain your taxi vehicle in good operating and clean condition, and will ensure that your taxi vehicle meets all applicable industry safety standards and all applicable statutory and department of motor vehicle requirements for a vehicle of its kind.

You will maintain a valid policy of liability insurance (in coverage amounts consistent with all applicable legal requirements) for the operation of your taxi vehicle and the provision of transportation services to your Passengers.

You will be solely responsible for any and all liability that results from or is alleged to have occurred as a result of the operation of your taxi vehicle, including personal injury, death and property damage.

You will be solely responsible for compliance with any applicable statutory or department of motor vehicles requirements, and for all necessary contacts with your insurance carrier, in the event of an accident in which you are involved.

You will obey all laws related to the operation of your taxi vehicle and the provision of transportation services to your Passengers, and will be solely responsible for any violation of such laws.

You will only accept your Passengers using the taxi vehicle that has been registered by your Fleet Operator and reported to Flywheel.

You will be kind and courteous to your Passengers, and you will not discriminate or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, sexual orientation or for any other reason.

You will not use alcohol or drugs while operating your taxi vehicle.

You will ensure that you are medically fit to operate your taxi vehicle and provide transportation services to your Passengers in accordance with applicable law.

You will not make any misrepresentation regarding Flywheel, the Flywheel Service or your status with Flywheel, or engage in any other activity that is inconsistent or conflicts with your obligations under your Driver Agreement and these Rules.
